We’ve been here at 20, Chandrakiran Padwal Ali for a while now. Chinchwadgaon is a busy spot, and our office is right in the middle of all the noise and activity in Pune. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad except when the traffic gets really jammed up near the main road. The office has plenty of files stacked up, and there’s always someone coming in to ask about a project or just to have a quick chat. We handle construction stuff, which usually means a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner forgets our order, but we manage. Being in Maharashtra means dealing with the heat, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. We don’t really do big speeches about what we do. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make sure everything is moving along as it should. It can get a bit messy with all the maps and site drawings laying around on the desks. That’s just how it is when you’re building things. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. It feels like home even when the work gets a bit stressful or the deadlines start creeping up on us.
