Our office is located in Pune, specifically at C1 S2 in the Tejovalay building. We’re right near the Cipla Foundation in the Warje area. The pin code is 411052. It’s a pretty decent spot, though the traffic near Warje can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We are Hindustan Construction Company Limited., and we’ve been operating out of this Pune address for a good bit now. It’s a simple office, nothing too flashy or corporate. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and a lot of folders full of project plans. We don’t really go for that high-end marketing style. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take a month, we say a month. We like the local vibe here in Maharashtra. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we’re familiar with how things work around here. The office is where we do all the boring stuff like permits and payroll, so the real action is usually out on the sites. Still, Tejovalay is our home base. It’s where we meet in the mornings before heading out. We’re just a bunch of regular workers. No big egos, just people who know their way around a construction site. We’ve been at this a long time, and we plan to stay here in Warje for the foreseeable future. It's home and it works for us.
