If you know Pune, you know Mangalwar Peth. We’re right there at 216-17, near Dr. Lad’s place. It’s a busy area, lots of old buildings and narrow streets. We’ve been doing construction work from this office for a long time. It’s a family-style setup. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to look at a site map. Building things in a city like Pune has its challenges, especially with the space. We handle bricks, mortar, and steel. Sometimes we're out on the site all day getting dusty, and other times we're here trying to make sense of the new regulations. It’s not a glamorous job. We have a lot of long conversations with contractors and suppliers. The tea stalls nearby are where most of the actual planning happens over a hot cup. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build. Whether it's a small repair or something bigger, we treat it the same. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and old samples of tiles. It’s a comfortable mess. We know the people in this neighborhood and they know us. That’s the way we’ve always operated. No fancy promises, just showing up and getting the walls up.
