It might look a bit messy to someone else, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogs or climbing ladders to get a box down. People come in looking for things they can’t find elsewhere, and we do our best to help them out. We aren't a big chain store. We’re just a local shop that’s been here at Market Yard for a long time. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil spots, but that's expected. We don't wear uniforms; we just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy parts around. Sometimes a customer comes in frustrated because their car isn't working, and we just try to find them the right piece to fix it. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It's just a place to get auto parts. Some days we're so busy we barely have time for lunch, and other days we sit and talk with the other shop owners nearby. It’s a community here.
