We’re located at S.No. 169 in the Pandurang Industrial Complex. It’s right near Keshav Mangal Karyalaya in Rupeenagar. Talawade is a big hub for manufacturing, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise around here. Our unit isn't huge, but we have enough space for the lathes and the fabrication work we do every day. The floor is made of concrete and has some oil stains, which is pretty normal for an industrial shed like ours. We usually start the machines early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and the building starts to heat up. There's a small office space carved out in the corner where we keep the paperwork and the phone, but most of our time is spent out on the shop floor. My brother and I manage things, along with a small crew of technicians who really know their trade. We get some walk-ins from the other units in the complex who might need a quick weld or a specific part machined on the spot. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team. We just focus on the orders we have. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of the life here. People know us by word of mouth in the Rupeenagar area. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we know what we’re doing with the metal.
