Our location is out at the Ordnance Factory Estate on Dehu Road in Pune. It’s a bit different from the city center because it’s more of an industrial, sprawling area. We are in one of the Type-4 units, number 100/1. It’s a very practical space, built for work rather than looking pretty. There's a lot of space for our equipment, which is good because we tend to have a lot of heavy items moving through here for Hilti India Pvt.Ltd. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s expected in an estate like this. We’ve got a small crew that handles the daily operations, and we all know our roles pretty well by now. There’s no dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for moving things around and getting the job done. We don’t get many random walk-ins because of where we’re situated, so it’s usually just us and the people we deal with regularly. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the inventory right and making sure everything is ready when it needs to be. Sometimes we have tea outside when it’s not too hot, just watching the activity of the estate. It’s a steady, hardworking kind of life out here on Dehu Road, and we’re quite used to the routine of it all. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and the work we do.
