Our office for Hilti India Pvt Ltd is located in Pune, specifically at 206 B4 Anita Residancy on the Katraj Kondwa Rd. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. We’ve been based in this residency for a bit now, and it feels like home. The space is practical, filled with the usual office stuff like computers, coffee mugs, and plenty of folders. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate. It’s just a place where we come to work and get things sorted. The road outside can be quite noisy with all the bikes and cars, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us typing or talking to clients. We handle a variety of tasks every day, mostly making sure everything is on track and people get what they need. We aren't the type of people to use big words or make grand promises. We just tell it like it is. If something is going to take two days, we say two days. It’s an honest way to run things. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From answering the door to filing reports, we stay busy. It’s a real working environment, sometimes a bit messy, but always productive. We’re just local folks doing our jobs as best we can without needing any spotlight or fancy titles to do it.
