We are located at number 13 on the Varachha Road in Nigdi. It’s right near the Saraswati English Medium School, so the mornings are always loud with the kids and buses. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all kinds of tools. Despite the name, we aren't all about robots or anything. We just sell the stuff people need for their trades. The shop is a bit small, so we have to be careful about how we stack the crates. Sometimes it feels like a puzzle just trying to find a specific wrench or drill bit. We mostly deal with the contractors and the guys who work with their hands around this part of town. We keep a pot of coffee going, though it usually tastes a bit burnt by noon. We don't have a website that works properly, so most people just call us or walk in. My brother handles the sales and I look after the stock. We disagree about where things should go sometimes, but we get by. The front door sticks a little when it rains, so you have to give it a good push. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent shop. We don’t promise anything we can’t actually do, and we try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our place and we know it well.
