You can find us at the Saudamini Complex on Poud Road, specifically in units C2/102-103. Being in Bhosari Colony means we are right in the middle of a very active part of Pune. Our lab space isn't huge, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. There are benches for the equipment and shelves full of supplies. It feels a bit like a maze sometimes with all the stuff we have to keep on hand. We spend our hours looking through microscopes or waiting for results from the machines. It takes a lot of patience to work here. The parking in the complex is always a nightmare, so most of us try to get in early just to find a spot. We have a few windows that look out towards the main road, and the traffic noise is a constant background sound. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. People usually just walk straight into the work area. We are a small group, so we know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the science and the data. We just come in, do our tests, write down the numbers, and go home. There’s always something to clean or a report to finish before the day ends. We try to keep things simple and honest about the work we do here.
