You can find Hfabs Properties Private Limited over on Sholapur Road in the Fatima Nagar area of Pune. Our office is in Saroj Apartment, specifically flat number four on the ground floor. It’s a very busy road outside so there is always the sound of horns and engines passing by. Being in Fl-04 means we are easy to get to without having to climb any stairs. We have been working out of this apartment for quite some time now. The space is filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors who stop by to talk about property. Fatima Nagar is a good spot because it’s close to a lot of things but the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually start our day early before the road gets too clogged up. Our work is mostly about managing different properties and keeping track of who is moving where. It’s just simple daily tasks that keep the business going. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign, just a small plate on the door. It’s a very practical way of doing things and it suits us. Most of the people we deal with are just neighbors or folks from around Pune who need someone to handle the details of their real estate.
