We are based on Lohagaon Road in Pune, specifically in the Kalwad Wasti area near the Budd Vihar. It’s a really busy part of town with people always on the move. Our office is a simple setup where we look after the money needs of people living nearby. Most folks in this area work very hard and they just need a spot to put their savings. We handle small loans and deposits without making people go through a mountain of complicated paperwork like the big banks do. The traffic on Lohagaon Road is often quite loud, but we are right in the thick of it. We have a small desk and a few chairs for members to sit while we update their passbooks. It isn't fancy at all, but it works for what we need. We see the same faces every month when people come by to drop off their savings. Pune is growing so fast, and our little corner in Kalwad Wasti is changing too. We just try to keep up and help our neighbors out. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped on a Saturday morning, but we get through the work. We aren't experts at marketing or anything like that.
