Heiza Boilers (I) Pvt. Ltd.

We’re located on the ground floor at E-2, G.K. Enclave Part-I. It’s a bit of a different spot for a boiler company compared to the industrial zones, but it works for us. Heiza Boilers has been running out of this office for a while now. We don’t keep the big industrial boilers here, obviously, but this is where all the planning, the phone calls, and the paperwork happens. Usually, there’s a couple of us on the phones talking to sites or drawing up designs for a new installation. It’s a bit quieter than a factory floor, but there’s still plenty of stress when a client has a breakdown and needs help right away. We’ve got folders stacked high on the desks and half-empty coffee cups everywhere. It’s a real working office, not some fancy showroom for visitors. We know our way around steam and heat, and that’s what we focus on every day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, which is a nice change of pace. We try to keep things simple and just give people straight answers when they ask about their equipment or a repair. No one here is a big fan of long meetings or corporate talk, so we just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It’s an honest way to run a business. We’ve been doing this for years and we just plan to keep it going exactly like this.
