It is right on the Pimpri Chinchwad Link Road, which is a very busy stretch of road if you have ever driven through this part of Maharashtra. The society itself is a mix of different things, and we have our office space there to handle the local business. Being in 4110 33 means we are right in the industrial belt, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks somewhere in the distance. Our office is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, some old cupboards for files, and a tea kettle that gets a lot of use. The Link Road traffic is something we talk about every single morning when someone gets in late. It’s just how life is here. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a group of people working for the cement company in a practical location. The society setup is nice because you know the security guards and the people in the other blocks. It feels like a small community even though we are doing big company work. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. Pune weather is usually decent, which helps when we have to go out on site. That is our daily reality here at Block A-7.
