Health Point Polyclinic

Our clinic is over in Kothrud, right in the Sakhai Plaza building. We are easy to find because we’re near the Yashwant Rao Natyagraha and just across from the Kothrud Telephone Exchange. It’s a very busy part of Pune. Being a polyclinic means we have a bit of everything going on. Different doctors come in at different times. One hour it might be a pediatrician and the next it’s someone looking at skin issues. It can get a little disorganized with all the different schedules, but we make it work. The waiting room is often full of people with different complaints. We have the usual plastic chairs and old magazines. It’s a practical space, not a luxury lounge. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The staff knows the local chemist and the tea stall nearby. We see a lot of families from the surrounding apartment complexes. Kothrud has grown so much, and we’ve grown along with it. We don't have a lot of fancy tech at the front desk, just a computer and a lot of files. It’s about getting people in to see the doctor they need. Sometimes there’s a wait, especially in the evenings when everyone finishes work. We just try to keep things moving. It’s an honest, local clinic for the people living nearby. No bells and whistles, just healthcare for the neighborhood folks who know our name.
