Hcc,Lavasa Corporation Ltd

If you are in Pune, you probably know the Karve Statue in Kothrud. It is a major landmark. Our office for Hcc, Lavasa Corporation Ltd is located very close to there in Rahul Nagar. We are in Building 6B, specifically Flat No 6. Kothrud is a busy part of town, always lots of people moving around and plenty of shops. Being in Rahul Nagar means we are right in the middle of all that activity. The office itself is just a regular flat. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is where all our planning happens. We have been at this address for a good while now. Most of us take the local buses or ride bikes to get here because the traffic near the statue can be a bit much during peak hours. It is a comfortable spot to work from. You get used to the noise of the city after a while. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. It is just a practical space to get things done. Sometimes we go out for tea at the local stalls nearby during breaks. There is a sense of being part of the neighborhood here. We see the same faces every day. It is a very typical Pune setup. Not a corporate tower, just a home-style office in a residential building. It works for us and the people we deal with. We keep the files organized on old wooden shelves and use local vendors for our daily supplies. It is a very normal and steady workplace.
