Havells India Ltd

We operate out of Avadhoot Arcade, which is right along the NH-4 in Vadgao(B). The office is actually in Flat A/3, under the care of Laxman Badime. It’s a bit of a unique setup for Havells India Ltd, being in a residential-style building, but it works for us here in Pune-52. Being close to the highway means there’s always the sound of trucks and cars passing by, which you eventually stop noticing. The office itself is simple. We have the usual equipment and a lot of binders filled with notes. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to see what they need. Most of our work is about managing local details and making sure everything is on track. The Pune weather is usually nice, so we often keep the windows open for some fresh air. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it feels like a second home. We drink a lot of chai and get through the mountain of tasks that come our way each morning. It’s not a high-tech hub, just a place where real work happens. We focus on getting things done and don't worry about looking like a big corporation. It’s a humble spot for a big name, but it suits our style just fine. We just keep our heads down and work.
