We’re located over in the Yerawada area of Pune. Our space is in building 802, specifically flat F-1 on the first floor. It’s part of a larger complex at survey number 129/1/2. Yerawada is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively calm. We’ve been here for a bit now, using this flat as our main hub for all the welfare work we do. It’s not a big office, so things can get a bit crowded when we have more than four or five people inside. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. We don't really have a cleaning crew, so we just take turns sweeping the floor and keeping things tidy. It’s a very hands-on operation. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we spend a fair amount of time just trying to keep everything in order. We don't use any fancy management software; it’s mostly just notebooks and a couple of old laptops. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway and it gets a bit noisy, but we don’t mind. It feels like being part of the community. We just do our best with what we have and try to stay on top of things. It’s not always smooth sailing, but we’ve managed to keep going this long, so we must be doing something right. Most of the time it's just about showing up and doing the work.
