Hassia Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Gat No. 768/3 in Sanaswadi. If you know the Taluka-Shirr area, you probably know where the industrial patches are. Our facility is right there in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with packaging machinery and all the technical bits that go along with that. It can get quite loud on the floor when everything is running, but that's just part of the job. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and others who are just starting out. The drive out here can be a bit long depending on the traffic, but we’re used to it. We aren't a flashy place. It's mostly just the warehouse, some office space, and the machines we work on. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the small break area. We try to stay on top of the schedules, though things sometimes get delayed when a specific part is hard to find. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a lot of meetings about "vision" or anything; we just look at the orders and see what needs to be shipped out or fixed. The dust from the road sometimes gets inside, so there's always someone cleaning something. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind getting your hands a bit dirty. We don't worry much about being polished.
