Our office for Hasan Juma Backer Tred. & Cont. Co. Nagpur is actually located in Pune. We are in the Riddhi Siddhi Complex along Sinhgad Road. If you know that area, you know how bad the traffic can get near Anand Nagar. We are in Flat No 1, so it’s easy for people to just walk in from the street. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples for the trading side of the business. We do a lot of contracting work, so there are always people calling to ask about prices or delivery dates. It’s a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks. The kitchen area is mostly used for making tea and storing some extra supplies. Some days are very quiet and we just catch up on the logs, and other days feel like everyone is calling at once. We don't have any big marketing team or anything. It’s just us answering the phone and trying to make sure the orders are correct. Most of the people around here are neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise when we are moving equipment around. It’s a practical setup for a small trading group. We try to get out before the evening rush starts on the main road. The paperwork always seems to pile up by Friday.
