We set up Harsha Enterprises on Lohogaon Road in Chembur East quite a while ago. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any flashy signs or big windows. It’s mostly just a workspace where we get things done. I handle most of the daily operations myself. Chembur East is a busy place, and being on Lohogaon Road means there is always something going on outside. We mostly deal with local clients who need specific supplies or services we offer. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for fun, but we are here if you need something done. The shop is a bit small, so things can get cluttered with paperwork and samples. I try to keep it organized, but it’s a constant battle. We don't have a big staff, just me and a couple of guys who help out when things pick up. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know the people and the shortcut roads. It feels right to have a business here. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about Harsha Enterprises. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. We open early and close when the work is finished. There’s no hidden meaning behind what we do. It’s just a way to make a living and help out the local folks when they stop by. We are just regular people doing regular work here and keeping things simple.
