Haripriya Developers is based at 101 Shivaji Nagar, specifically in the Hira Ba Ni Khadki area at Shri Lakshmi Villa in Dev Chakla. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to people over the phone, but once they see the building, they usually find us. We work on building projects and land development around here. It’s a small office with a couple of desks, some old files, and maps pinned to the walls. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building and suits. Usually, you’ll find us in shirts and trousers, probably with some dust on our shoes from visiting a site. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the brickwork is going. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the different spots where we have work happening. The neighborhood of Shivaji Nagar is pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which we like. Shri Lakshmi Villa has been our base for a while now. We started small and just kept taking on one project after another. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the plumbing works. People in the area know us by name, and that’s usually how we get our next job. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy.
