Harikrupa Builder’S’€

Harikrupa Builder’S’€ is based out of the Bhadhe Building in Kondhwa Khurd. If you know Pune at all, you know this area gets pretty busy. We are at Sr.No 56. It is a solid building, nothing too flashy, but it works for us. We spend most of our time at the sites, but the office is where the planning happens. There are blueprints all over the tables usually. We’ve been working in construction for a good bit now. It is hard work, mostly. You deal with the sun, the dust, and the noise every single day. Some days are better than others. When the rain comes, things slow down, but we find stuff to do inside. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller crew here. We know each other well. Most of us live nearby in Pune-48, so the commute isn't too bad unless the roads are blocked. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the measurements are right. It’s about the bricks and the cement. We don't talk much about visions or stuff like that. We just look at the plans and build what is there. Sometimes we run into problems with materials or the weather, but that’s just part of the job. We grab lunch at the local stalls and then get back to it. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us occupied.
