Hari Om Fabricators

Hari Om Fabricators operates out of Sr No. 75/76 in the Aher Estate. We are located in Walhekarwadi, which is part of Chinchwad Gaon. Our workshop is a place where there is always something being cut or joined together. If you walk inside, you will see welding machines, stacks of iron rods, and pieces of sheet metal leaning against the walls. It is a loud place because of the grinding and hammering, so we often have to shout to be heard over the noise. The floor is concrete and usually has some scorch marks from the sparks. We have been in Chinchwad Gaon for a good bit of time now. The local area is quite industrial, so we fit right in with the other shops around Aher Estate. We don't spend much time sitting down; most of the day is spent standing at the workbenches or loading finished pieces onto a tempo parked outside. It gets quite hot in the summer because of the metal roofs, so we have a few big fans that we keep running all day long. Lunch is a simple affair, usually just a tiffin box eaten quickly before getting back to the welding. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people doing fabrication work and trying to get the orders out on time. It is honest, physical work that keeps our hands dirty.
