Our group is based in Pune, specifically at Vanaz Colony. We are located at number 85/1 on Paud Road. It’s a pretty well-known area in Maharashtra, and we have been here for a long time. We aren't a giant corporation; we are just a local group of people managing different business interests from this one spot. The office on Paud Road is usually a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, but that is how we like it. We handle a variety of things, from small trade deals to helping out with local property matters. Being in Vanaz Colony makes it easy for us to stay connected with the city's pulse. We don't have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. We just come in every morning, check the messages, and get to work. It’s a family-run feel even though we have grown a bit over the years. We use simple English and talk to our customers like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Paud Road is always busy, so there is never a dull moment. We just try to keep things moving forward without making too much of a fuss. If you are in the 411038 area, you have probably passed our building a dozen times already. We just keep things rolling. It is how we do things in Pune. That is pretty much the story.
