You can find us at Sita Nivas in the Mascernis Colony. We are located in Talegaon Dabhade, which is on the way out of Pune. Our office is in Plot No. 3, Block No. 3. It’s a local construction company that started small and stayed that way so we could keep an eye on everything ourselves. I like being in Talegaon because it is growing fast but still feels like a community. We do various types of building work around the 410 506 area. The office is really just a part of the house where we keep our tools and the ledger books. When you come by Mascernis Colony, you’ll see we are just regular folks. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. We just look at the job, give a fair price, and start building. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood who saw us working on another house nearby. It is a lot of physical labor and coordinating with suppliers, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we have a few projects going at once, and other times it is just one big one. We focus on being practical and getting the walls up straight. Living and working in the same area means our reputation is everything, so we just try to be decent and finish on time. It’s a good place to live and build.
