Happy Dental Clinic

Sunshree Suntech is a familiar building for most people living around NIBM Road. We are tucked into Shop No 12, which isn't the biggest unit, but it’s enough for what we do. Kondhwa Khurd has changed a lot over the years, getting much busier with more traffic and new shops opening up everywhere. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. The clinic has a simple layout with a small desk and the treatment area just behind a partition. We try to keep the place looking clean, though the floor gets footprints pretty quickly when it’s raining outside. Most of the people who visit us are living in the flats nearby. They stop in to ask a question or book a time while they are out walking their dogs or going to the grocery store. We don't use any of those complicated booking systems; we just write things down in a big ledger. It’s more personal that way. Sometimes the traffic on NIBM Road is so bad that people show up a little late, but we don't mind much. We just pick up where we left off. It’s a comfortable routine. We have our tea in the small back room and talk about what’s happening in Pune. It’s a good spot to be, right in the heart of the community, just doing honest dental work without any fuss and keeping things simple.
