Being out on Baner Road in Phase I means we are right in the thick of all the growth happening in this area. Our office at 41340 is a busy place where Hansal Parikh and the associates keep things moving. There is almost always someone coming or going, whether it’s to a site visit or a meeting across town. The traffic on Baner Road can be a bit of a headache, so we try to time our trips carefully to avoid the worst of it. Inside the office, the atmosphere is pretty casual. We have several desks pushed together to make it easier to talk about whatever we are working on at the moment. There are blueprints rolled up in every corner and a coffee machine that gets a workout every single morning. We’ve been in this Phase I spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office isn't particularly fancy; it's got standard desks and chairs and a rug that’s seen better days. But it’s a place where we feel comfortable working long hours when we have to. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. It’s more about getting the drawings done and making sure all the paperwork is in order for the next deadline. Most of our afternoons are spent responding to messages or tweaking a design until it looks right. It’s just the way we do things here.
