We’re the H&R Johnson (India) Ltd. team based in Kothrud, Pune. You can find us at Shivshilp App, on the fourth floor, in the Right Bhusari Colony. Pune is a nice place to work, even if the traffic in Kothrud has been getting worse lately. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We spend our time managing the local distribution and handling the paperwork that comes with it. There’s a lot of talk about shipments and inventory levels throughout the day. We have a small crew, and we’ve all been working together for a bit, so we know how to stay out of each other's way when things get busy. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just speak plainly and try to get our points across without any confusion. Sometimes we have to stay a bit later to finish up the month-end reports, but usually, we’re out the door at a decent time. We’ve got a window that looks out over the neighborhood, which is a nice break when your eyes get tired from looking at the computer screen. It’s a practical workspace for a practical job. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just make sure the tiles get to where they’re supposed to go.
