We are over in Kharadi, specifically in Unit 308 of the first tower at the World Trade Centre. It’s a pretty big building, which took us some time to get used to when we first moved Halyard Health India here. The view from the window is mostly other offices and the busy streets below. Things stay busy in here, mostly handling paperwork and making sure everything is running the way it should be for the health sector. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and taking calls. Sometimes the elevators take forever, which is a bit of a pain when you’re in a rush. We have a decent group of people working here in the office. It’s not all work, though; we usually spend our lunch breaks talking about what’s going on in the city or complaining about the traffic. Kharadi has changed a lot lately, and there’s always something new being built nearby. We try to keep things organized, but files still pile up and sometimes the printer jams right when you need it. It’s just a normal office environment. We handle our day-to-day tasks and try to stay on top of the schedule. Being in a place like the World Trade Centre means there’s always movement around us. We’re just one part of that, doing our bit every day. It is not always perfect, but we manage to get through the workload.
