Hafele

We are based in Pune at Flat No 10, Plot No 7A/8A in the Girijashankar Housing Colony. It is located in the Chavan Nagar area, which is a pretty good spot for us to work from. Our office feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We handle different things for Hafele from this location. Most of it is about fittings and hardware for homes, though we do not spend much time talking about that in a fancy or technical way. We just keep the inventory records straight and talk to the people who are looking for parts for their kitchens or new furniture. Pune is such a busy city and the traffic can be a real nightmare, so we are glad to have our spot in a housing colony where it is a little bit quieter. We are not a massive team. It is just a few of us making sure that orders go out and that customers are not left waiting too long. Sometimes we might get the numbers wrong on a form or a delivery takes longer than we thought it would, but we always try to fix it quickly. We do not have any mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just want to get through the work week and make sure the business stays running like it should. It is a lot of phone calls and checking items off our lists.
