Nova Industries

Nova Industries is based at Final Plot No. 83, specifically Sub Plot No. 2, in the Ramtekdi Industrial Estate over in Hadapsar, Pune. It is a large estate and finding specific plots can sometimes be a bit of a challenge for people who are not from this part of town. We have been at this location for some time now, and it is a fairly standard industrial setup like many others nearby. We spend our days managing the shop floor and making sure the workflow does not get backed up when we have multiple orders. There is always a bit of dust and the faint smell of grease in the air, which is perfectly normal for any place in Ramtekdi. Our team is relatively small, mostly made up of people who live nearby in the Pune area. We do not have much in the way of a corporate structure; usually, whoever is closest to the phone is the one who picks it up. The workspace is filled with the various projects we are working on at the moment, and it can get a little crowded when a big shipment of materials arrives. We try to keep the coffee machine running because it is a long day for everyone involved. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do.
