We are located at Flat No. 12 in the Ajinkya C O H S building. It is on Sinhagad Road, right across from Trimurti Hospital. If you are in the Vadgaon area, you have probably passed by our building. It is a residential-style setup for our office. We like being here because it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have been operating out of this flat for a while. It is not a huge space, just a few rooms converted for our work. We do a lot of coordination and planning from here. The road outside is always busy with people going to the hospital or heading towards the city center. We get a bit of noise from the traffic, but we are used to it. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We do not do fancy presentations. We usually just sit around the table and figure things out. Sometimes we have tea on the small balcony when we need a break. It is a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial space. Most of our clients are locals or people who have known us for years. We just try to stay on top of our daily tasks and keep the paperwork moving. It is a simple, honest way to work every day.
