We sit in Mayur Colony in Pune. It is a quiet enough area most days of the week. Our office is at number 49. We have been operating from here for quite a while now. It is a small team of us handling various bits of paperwork and accounts. We do not have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of files. The neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses. We start our day around ten and usually wrap up by six or seven. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline. It is a lot of sitting and looking at numbers. We are not trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just like doing our work properly and helping the people who come to us. Most of our clients have been with us for years. They know where we are. Pune has changed so much since we started, especially the traffic around here. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that complicated corporate talk. It is just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. We have some old wooden cupboards full of records. Everything is a mix of digital and paper these days. It is a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. We just get on with it and stay busy.
