In Pune, we are set up at Prem Bhavan on Dhanori Road. The specific spot is S.No.-48 in Anand Park, Bhairav Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, which is actually kind of nice because it's a bit quieter. This H & R Johnson office handles a lot of the local coordination for tile projects in this part of Pune. The building, Prem Bhavan, is pretty easy to find once you get on Dhanori Road. We have a small team here, just a few of us managing the daily tasks. We spend most of our time on the computer or chatting with delivery drivers. It’s a laid-back atmosphere for the most part. There are some trees around the office that give a bit of shade in the summer. We don't have a big fancy entrance. It’s just a door that leads into our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, files, and some tile samples. We like being in Bhairav Nagar. It’s a developing area, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We don't have any big mission statements or goals written on boards. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we order food from the local place down the street and eat together.
