Gyanshila Foundation

Our small office is located at Gyanshila Foundation in Warje Gaon. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Dilip Barate’s place in the Pratibha Tarangan building. It is a familiar spot for anyone living around this part of Pune. The building is on Sr. No. 21/1 and it is quite easy to spot from the main road once you know what you’re looking for. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. Usually, there are a couple of motorbikes parked out front near the entrance. Inside, it is just a simple room where we keep our records and meet people. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We like being in Warje because it feels more like a community than the city center. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the computers. It’s mostly quiet here except for the sounds of the neighborhood in the afternoons. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it’s raining outside. We have a few cupboards full of documents and a couple of old computers that we use for everything. People just walk in when they need to talk to us about something. We try to keep things organized but it often gets a bit messy with all the papers lying around.
