Albraco

Albraco is located at 371 Guruwar Peth in Pune. If you are familiar with this part of town, you know how narrow the lanes can be and how much history is packed into every corner. We are right opposite the Bank of Maharashtra, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are navigating the crowds. It is a very traditional area, and we fit right in with the other old businesses around here. Our space is functional and a bit cramped, but that’s just the nature of Guruwar Peth. We’ve got shelves full of parts and a small counter where we talk to anyone who walks in. There is no reception desk or fancy waiting area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, and it can get pretty hectic when several people show up at once. The sounds of the market are always in the background—scooters buzzing by and people shouting to each other across the street. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on our block. It’s not a polished corporate office, and we don’t try to make it seem like one. It’s just a place where we do our work and serve the people who need what we have. We like the energy of the Peth, even when the parking is impossible and the rain leaks a bit.
