Gurudatta Krupa Enterprises

Sitting right at 12 Somwar Peth is Gurudatta Krupa Enterprises. Because we are opposite Agarkar High School, the school bell rings in our ears all day. It serves as a handy clock for us. When festivals come around, being near Santosh Mitra Mandal makes this neighborhood very lively. Our space is filled with all sorts of goods and supplies that people here need. Since it is a general enterprise, what we have on the shelves changes based on what the locals are asking for. Having been in this spot for years, we have seen the building age quite a bit, but it still works for us. Mornings involve checking stock and chatting with delivery drivers who have to navigate the tight streets of the Peth. Everyone knows everyone else in this community. Fancy displays or big signs are not really our thing. Most people just know where to find us. On slow afternoons, we sit on plastic chairs out front and watch the students walk home. It is a steady way to spend a life. The paperwork gets done on a small desk tucked away in the back corner. Dust from the road is a constant battle, but that is just how Somwar Peth is. We are just a local group trying to keep things moving along for the people who stop by. No big mission exists here, just daily work.
