Guru Nihal Tapogram Foundation

Our foundation is over in Model Colony, Pune. The address is Bhosale Mystiga, which is on F P No. 425A. Model Colony is one of those parts of Pune that still feels a bit like the old days, with lots of trees and quiet lanes, even though the rest of the city has become so loud. We are in a residential building, so it feels very much like a home. We don't have any big signs outside or a fancy lobby. We just have a small office where a few of us work together. Most of our days are spent coordinating different activities. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. If something needs to be done late at night or early in the morning, we just do it. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We often have people dropping in for a chat or to ask about what we are doing. We are not trying to change the whole world at once; we are just focused on the things we can actually manage from here. Sometimes we struggle with the administrative side of things because none of us are professional managers. We are just regular people who care about certain issues. It is a bit messy at times, with papers everywhere and too many things happening at once, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
