Our office is located at M 203 in the Cosmos building, which is inside Magarpatta City in Hadapsar. It is a very modern area of Pune, but our office feels like a regular workspace where actual building happens. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or talking to the foremen on our different projects. Construction in Pune has been moving fast lately, so there is always a lot of pressure to keep things on schedule. We have a small desk for the accounts and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the phones ringing and people coming in to talk about materials. Hadapsar is always congested, so we try to do our site visits early in the day before the traffic gets stuck. We have a crew that has been with us for years, so we don't have to explain much anymore. The main thing is getting the work done right. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a local construction team that knows the city and how things work here. There is always some dust on the shoes and a lot of tea being drank. We don't spend much on advertising because the work usually speaks for itself through the people we know in the city. It’s a 411013 lifestyle, constantly on the move and getting things built one brick at a time.
