Gupte Travels

You can find Gupte Travels over at Patil Plaza in Swargate. We are situated at Mitra Mandal Chowk, which is one of those places in Pune that never really seems to sleep. Being in Swargate means we are right in the thick of the transport hub. The office is pretty basic. It has a front desk, a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and a clock that is always five minutes fast. We don't bother with much decoration. We have some posters of different cities, but they are getting a bit curled at the edges. Our daily routine is mostly just managing schedules and talking to drivers. It gets very busy on Friday afternoons when everyone is trying to get out of the city for the weekend. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to get the work done without any major mistakes. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressed, but that is just part of the job. We have been in this spot for years, and we know the other shop owners around Patil Plaza quite well. It feels like a small community even with all the noise from the chowk. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We just keep things moving as they are.
