Our office is at Property No. 21-A in Gauri Apartment, located in the Civil Lines area of Chandan Nagar. Civil Lines is usually a bit calmer than the rest of the city, with a few more trees and wider streets. We work on housing projects from this space. It’s actually a regular apartment that we’ve turned into an office, so it feels quite comfortable and not at all corporate. We have desks set up in the main rooms, and there are always stacks of documents and building plans lying around. We’ve been part of the Chandan Nagar community for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or checking in on our construction sites. We don’t have a fancy website or do much advertising. Most of our business comes from people who just walk in because they live in Gauri Apartment or nearby. We like the slow pace of Civil Lines, though it still gets busy enough for us. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a few people visiting at once, but we just pull up extra chairs and make it work. It’s an honest way of doing things. We’re just a small group of people working to help others find a decent place to call home in this neighborhood.
