If you look for Gsd Land Developers, you’ll find us at B/2, Flat No. 4 in Guruganesh Nagar. We are just off Paud Road in the Kothrud area of Pune. Our office is inside a residential building, so it feels a lot like home. We’ve got a few desks and maps of different plots pinned to the walls. Kothrud has grown so fast over the years, and we’ve been watching it happen from this spot. We spend most of our time looking at land records and talking to people about property. It’s a lot of paperwork and visiting sites to see what the ground is like. Pune weather is usually nice, but the traffic on Paud Road can be a headache when we have to go out for a meeting. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We sit here and drink a lot of coffee while going through legal documents. It’s a slow process sometimes, dealing with land. You have to be patient. We like being in Guruganesh Nagar because it’s a quiet pocket. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, we just want to handle our land development projects properly and keep things moving. There is always a stack of files that needs attention. We just keep at it.
