Grow Agrohygiene Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Shivtej Nagar, over in Chinchwad at Plot No. 343. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which is nice for getting things done without too much noise. Grow Agrohygiene is what we call ourselves, and we focus mostly on hygiene products for the agricultural side of things. It’s not the most glamorous work in the world, but someone has to do it. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way for the most part. There’s no big HR department or fancy boardrooms with glass tables here. Just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet up to talk about the week’s schedule. We often have boxes stacked up in the hallway because we’re short on space, but we manage to get around them. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there's always something going on outside the window. We like the community here. Most of us have been around this area for many years. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing. If something needs to be cleaned or fixed, whoever is closest just picks up a cloth or a tool and does it. We keep things simple and honest. We’re just regular people trying to provide something useful for the farming community. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to catch up on, but we don’t mind the extra hours. It feels like a real, local business because that’s exactly what it is.
