Green Elf Realty Llp

Green Elf Realty Llp is based out of Konark Indrayu in Kondhwa Khurd. Our unit numbers are 353, and we actually take up a few sections, from A and B to C and D. It sounds a bit complicated on paper, but it’s just how the space is laid out. Being in Pune, specifically this part of Kondhwa, means we see a lot of activity throughout the week. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and meet people. We have a few big windows that let in some light, which is nice when the afternoon sun hits. Dealing with real estate here involves a lot of back-and-forth, so our desks are usually covered in maps and local property listings. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which isn't often. We know the local shops around the building well, especially the one that makes decent coffee. Sometimes the elevators in the complex take their time, so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It’s a solid place to work from. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just a group of people who know the local streets and blocks well. Most of our day is spent calling people back or checking on new sites that have popped up around Pune. It keeps us on our toes.
