Green Earth Translogistics Pvt Ltd. is based out here in Pune, specifically around the 412114 area. It’s mostly just a group of us trying to keep the trucks moving and the paperwork from falling off the desks. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our mornings on the phone, tracking where everything is and hoping the traffic on the highway isn't too backed up. Pune can be a real headache when the rains start, and things often get a bit muddy around the loading area, but we manage. Some of the drivers have been with us for a while now, and we usually sit around for a quick tea before the long hauls begin. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the loads are secured and the routes are clear. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. Usually, it’s just someone shouting across the room about a delayed pickup or a flat tire that needs fixing. The phone rings at all hours, but that's just how the transport life goes. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the fuel tanks are full and the drivers know where they’re heading. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it all over the years. Anyway, that is pretty much what happens every day at our Pune spot.
