Our office is located in Flat-11 at Sheela Park. If you know the Subhash Nagar area in Vishrantwadi, we are right there in Pune. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t really feel like a big corporate office. You have to climb some stairs to get to us. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Pune-15 is a busy area, especially with the traffic on the main road, but inside the park, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone about jobs. The walls are a bit plain, and we have a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once since it’s just a flat. We usually have tea from the stall nearby in the mornings. Dealing with staffing and management stuff keeps us pretty busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that's just how it is here. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees in one room. It's just a small team working out of this apartment. We keep things simple. If you find Sheela Park, you've basically found us. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise. It’s a decent enough place to work, honestly.
