Our office is tucked away inside the Anandnagar Housing Society over on Paud Road. It is unit B12. Kothrud is a really busy part of Pune, but once you get inside the society gates, things usually calm down a lot. We have been operating out of this specific space for a long time. The building is a bit older but it works fine for what we need. The stairs are somewhat narrow and we always have to be careful about where we park our bikes because the neighbors are very picky about their spots. That is just part of living and working in a housing society. We spend most of our hours here dealing with the day-to-day work. There is a small balcony where we take our breaks and you can see the traffic moving on Paud Road if you lean out a little bit. It is not a big corporate park, so you will not find a lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, you will just find one or two of us at our desks surrounded by piles of paper and folders. We like being in Kothrud because everything we need is within walking distance. There are plenty of good snack shops around for when we need lunch. The walls are just a simple off-white and we have some old fans that hum while we work. It is a functional and decent place to get things finished.
