Grasim Industries Ltd.

Our office is in the Saurabh Garden Housing Society, specifically in B Wing, Flat No. 1. It’s on Sinhgad Road over in Anand Nagar. It is a bit unusual being in a housing society, but it makes for a more relaxed atmosphere for the Grasim Industries Ltd team. We don’t have to deal with the cold feeling of a giant corporate tower. Instead, we see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing while we work. The space inside is quite cozy. We have set up desks where we can and there’s a small corner for making tea. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away. We aren't a huge group, so we all know each other well. It’s a bit like a small family here. We deal with the paperwork and the logistics that come our way. The traffic on Sinhgad Road can be a real pain during peak hours, so we try to time our arrivals right. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery for one of the residents, not us. We don't mind. It's just part of being in this location. We keep things simple and try to stay productive. There aren't any big slogans on the walls. Just some calendars and notes pinned up to remind us of deadlines or things to pick up later.
