Grasim Ind Ltd(Aditya Birla Group)

We’re located in Pune, out in the Pashan area at Venkatesh Villa. It’s Flat Number 23 in Vishwakarmanagar on Sus Road. Being in a flat for Grasim Ind Ltd (Aditya Birla Group) makes for a pretty unique work environment. It’s not your typical high-rise office. It feels more like a home that we’ve turned into a workspace. Pune has a lot of energy, and Pashan is a nice part of it, a bit away from the extreme noise of the city center. We spend our days here handling whatever comes our way. The kitchen area is usually where the coffee happens, and the main room is where all the desks are crammed in. It’s a bit tight sometimes, but we make it work. We don't have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so sometimes there are stacks of books or files in the corners. We don't mind. It’s a real place where real work happens. We don't use fancy scripts when people call. We just answer and try to be as helpful as we can. Living and working in the 411021 zip code means we see a lot of the same people around Sus Road. It’s a decent life. We aren't trying to be the most impressive office in Maharashtra. We just want to get through our list of things to do and keep everything running.
