Graphic Arts

We are tucked away at 93 A in Shukrawar Peth. If you know the area, you know it’s full of narrow lanes and old buildings. Graphic Arts has been here for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly stacks of paper and the smell of ink. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend our days working on different projects that people bring in. Some want something small, others have bigger ideas. The machines can be noisy, and they need a lot of looking after so they don't jam. Shukrawar Peth is a busy part of town, so there is always someone walking by or poking their head in to ask a question. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the equipment. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job because someone needs it by morning. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The lighting in the shop isn't great, but it works for us. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on this street, but we’re still here at 93 A. We don’t do much marketing, mostly just people telling their friends about us. It’s a quiet life when the machines aren't running. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the prints come out right and the customers are satisfied enough to come back. It is just a small business trying to keep things moving in this old part of the city.
